The submission flow — where most upgrade intent occurs — was rebuilt into a clean 2-step structure, with improved forms, validation, progress saving, mobile-friendly interactions, and payment before submission for Premium. Premium benefits were restructured into clear blocks and integrated directly into the flow to maximize clarity and timing.
