Drop Cowboy App
An iOS app for managing large-scale automated messaging workflows
Drop Cowboy is a mobile-first platform for ringless voicemail and SMS outreach.
The iOS app was designed to let users set up, manage, and run daily communication flows quickly, without exposing telecom complexity.
The core focus was speed, clarity, and native iOS behavior.

Onboarding & Subscription
The onboarding flow is built to move users from install to “ready to send” with minimal friction.
Users choose a plan, complete the App Store purchase, and either log in or sign up using familiar iOS patterns. Instead of separating setup into multiple later steps, the app immediately guides users through cloud number creation, so they finish onboarding with a real sending identity.
Push notification permission is intentionally delayed until users understand the value, improving acceptance and trust.
Cloud Number Setup
Creating a cloud number is treated as a guided, step-by-step flow rather than a technical task.
Users first select a country and area code, then choose from available numbers in a clean, scannable list. A clear success state confirms the action and smoothly returns users to the main app.

Core Messaging Experience
Messaging is designed as a work inbox optimized for speed and repetition.
The conversation list supports fast scanning, while the chat view follows native iOS mental models to reduce learning effort. Business context (send-from number, contact identity) stays visible without cluttering the interface.
Advanced logic like routing and schedules is intentionally kept out of the chat surface.

Contacts & Lists
Contacts and lists form the foundation for campaigns and daily outreach.
Contact creation and editing support multiple phone numbers and notes, optimized for quick updates. Lists allow simple segmentation through titles and tags, making large datasets manageable without turning the UI into a CRM.

Result
The final app allows users to subscribe, set up numbers, organize contacts, and communicate at scale — all within a clean, native iOS experience that hides telecom complexity behind simple, predictable flows.
