Scalable data-visualization system for analytics and research reports

DappRadar publishes dozens of analytics reports covering multiple chains, categories, protocols, and timeframes.

Each report combines charts, tables, KPIs, and narrative insights.

Problem

Reports were growing in volume and complexity. Also, DappRadar Insights X account was launched, which had a couple of content managers who struggled with repetitive content preparation.

Manual layouts were hard to maintain, and data readability suffered across formats.

Solution

I designed a scalable report design system built specifically for data-heavy analytics.

It unified:

charts (line, pie, bar)
tables
KPI blocks
section layouts
infographic components

All elements were modular and reusable across different report types and communication channels.

Result

Faster report production across teams (2 analysts + 0.5 designer were able to produce up to big 3 reports/week, 1 community manager was solo-leading the entire X account)

Consistent visual language across all publications
Improved data clarity and readability
Quick and easy updates to the existing templates
A foundation that scaled with the platform’s growing analytics output
Reports became a repeatable product system, not handcrafted pieces of art.
